1. Do I need a boating license to rent the pontoon boat?
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you need a Boater's Safety License. We offer both online and on-site certification options.

2. What is the maximum capacity of the pontoon boat?
The boat can accommodate up to 12 passengers or 1,631 lbs. We recommend a maximum of 10 adults for comfort.

3. Can I use the pontoon in the Gulf of Mexico or East Pass?
No, the boat is restricted to the Choctawhatchee Bay, Santa Rosa Sound, and the inland waterways of Okaloosa County.

4. Are food and beverages allowed on board?
Yes, but glass bottles, BBQ grills, generators, and similar items are prohibited. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks in non-glass containers.

5. What if I have no boating experience?
We highly recommend hiring a captain or booking a chartered trip, as the harbor and waterways can be quite busy and require experienced navigation.

Return policy

Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip will be rescheduled for another time/day or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customers may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
